Culture is commercial

The problems rarely arrive wearing a culture badge.

They show up as good people leaving. New starters who never settle. Managers firefighting the same issues. Absence, crossed wires and a growing gap between leaders and the people doing the work.

Culture is not a side project. It is the pattern underneath retention, reputation, recruitment and results.

A different kind of culture consultant

Brad has built teams from the ground up. He understands people.

Brad Wendes is a business owner, coach, mentor and speaker with more than 20 years of hands-on experience developing people and leading teams.

Brad founded Kinetix in 2008 and grew it organically from a simple idea into a busy organisation working with young people, coaches, performers and community partners. Alongside that, his career has taken him from elite performance and multiple Guinness World Records to Britain’s Got Talent, Ninja Warrior UK, and multiple film, television, and theatre productions.

That unusual mix matters. Brad understands performance under pressure, how to get the best out of people, how to develop team members of any age, how to create clear standards, and how to build a place where people feel safe enough to thrive.

Straight answers

A few useful things to know.

What is workplace culture?

Workplace culture is the repeated experience people have of how they are led, heard, trusted, recognised and helped to grow. It is what happens consistently, especially when work gets busy.

Who is the checklist for?

It is for owners, managing directors and people leaders in growing organisations who want a practical starting point, especially where retention, communication or management consistency need attention.

Is the checklist really free?

Yes. It is an eight-page printable guide. No payment details are required, and marketing emails are optional.

How can a workplace culture consultant help?

A useful consultant helps leaders see patterns they are too close to spot, hear what people actually experience and turn that insight into changes managers can sustain. Brad offers workplace reviews, workshops, coaching and speaking.
