Who is responsible
Brad’s Workplaces, operated by Brad Wendes, is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to brad@bradwendes.com.
What we collect
When you request the checklist, we collect your email address, whether you chose marketing updates, and basic source information such as UTM campaign values. If optional analytics are enabled and you consent, we also collect aggregated information about visits and actions on the website.
Why we use it
- To send the checklist you requested.
- To send practical marketing emails only where you have actively opted in.
- To understand which content and traffic sources are useful, where optional analytics consent has been given.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
Our legal reasons
Delivering the requested checklist is necessary to provide the service you asked for. Optional marketing emails rely on your consent. Basic security and service measurement may rely on legitimate interests; optional analytics cookies are not set unless you consent.
Who processes the information
Brevo processes email delivery and opted-in contact records on our behalf. Google Analytics may process website usage information only if it is enabled and you choose to allow analytics. Hosting and security providers may process technical request data to run and protect the site.
How long we keep it
Marketing details are kept while you remain subscribed and for a limited suppression period afterwards so your unsubscribe choice can be respected. Operational and security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing through the link in every marketing email. You can also ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing Brad. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
Cookies
The site uses essential storage to remember your analytics choice. Google Analytics is loaded only after consent and can be refused without affecting the checklist or the rest of the site.
